چکیده

Introduction Introduction: Data from the CEO database shows microRNA (miR) -28-3p levels are elevated in diabetic patients. Nevertheless, role of miR-28-3p peripheral artery disease with diabetes have not been investigated. Material and methods The level miR-28-3p, CXXC5, CXXC-type zinc finger protein 5, CXXC5’s downstream molecules as well endothelial function were Dual luciferase analyses used to confirm binding site CXXC5. Results Results: Under high-glucose condition, expression is increased whereas CXXC5 downregulated. Overexpression cell apoptosis inhibited proliferation, migration, vessel formation, whilst inhibiting its had opposite effect. overexpression inhibition could also influence both mRNA known molecules. Analysis bioinformatics data revealed a potential for demonstrated that suppressed by targeting 3'-untranslated region (3'-UTR) Following that, we overexpressed signaling decreased alone. As anticipated, co-overexpression partially reversed effect mimics. Conclusions Conclusion: These findings indicated regulated high glucose-induced dysfunction

MiR-103 regulates the angiogenesis of ischemic stroke rats by targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)

Objective(s): To investigate the effect of miR-103 on the angiogenesis of ischemic stroke rats via targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) at the molecular level. Materials and Methods: Rat models had received the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) or sham operation before grouping, and cell models of oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD) were performed. FITC-dextran, matrigel, and ...

H19 lncRNA regulates keratinocyte differentiation by targeting miR-130b-3p

Aberrant differentiation of keratinocytes has been demonstrated to be associated with a number of skin diseases. A growing number of studies have showed that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have an important part in gene regulation, however, the role of lncRNAs in keratinocyte differentiation remains to be largely unknown. In the present study, we demonstrated that lncRNA-H19 act as an endogenous...

Targeting miR-200c to Ameliorate Diabetes-Induced Endothelial Dysfunction

Endothelial dysfunction is one of the earliest manifestations of diabetes that can lead to numerous debilitating microand macrovascular complications (1,2). Identifying factors that mediate or augment endothelial dysfunction in diabetes can lead to the development of much-needed therapies that target early stages of various vascular complications and thereby prevent further progression. Chronic...

MiR-1303 Regulates Mycobacteria Induced Autophagy by Targeting Atg2B

MicroRNAs are emerging post-transcriptional regulators of gene expressions in both innate immunity and adaptive immunity. In mycobacteria infection, autophagy plays an important role in innate defense mechanism and is tightly regulated by the autophagy-related proteins. Here, we show that Atg2B is involved in the regulation of mycobacteria-induced autophagy. MiR-1303, which function is not defi...

MicroRNA miR-199a-3p regulates cell proliferation and survival by targeting caveolin-2.

Recent advances in the study of microRNAs indicate that they have an important role in regulating cellular activities such as proliferation, morphogenesis, apoptosis and differentiation by regulating the expression of various genes. MiR-199a-3p is highly expressed in hair follicles and in some tumor cells, suggesting its participation in tumor progression, but it is significantly underexpressed...
